* May be subject to change in 2010
- The School Building Levy at De La Salle College is billed per family. It
is a compulsory levy and is therefore not tax deductible. In 2009, discounts
are available for families who have school children in two or more parish
primary or regional schools.
- Children attending two participating schools pay 50% of the local School
Building Levy to each school.
- Children attending three participating schools pay one third of the
local School Building Levy to each school.
- Subject levies for Years 9 to 12 vary according to courses chosen (See Subject
Selection).
- Fees for compulsory Retreats, Camps and Activities Programmes and Excursions
are NOT included in the above totals and alter from year to year.
- Accounts may be paid in three (3) instalments over the first three terms.
Payment can be made at the school office by cash, cheque or card, by Bpay
on the internet, or over the phone using a credit card.
- There are also facilities to pay smaller, more regular payments by
using a Credit Card Standing Authority or by Progammed Payments
from a Savings account.
- Direct payments can be arranged from any Centrelink benefits that a
family may receive using the Centrepay system..
- Payroll deductions can also be arranged with participating employers.
- Using the ‘regular’ payment programs, payments can be spread over the
whole year.
For further details on any payment method, please contact the College Business Manager.
Parents who may be experiencing some difficulty with payments are asked to complete a FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE APPLICATION FORM obtainable from the front office. This form, together with attached documentation, is to be returned to the front office in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Principal. It is requested that all applicants establish a SATISFACTORY PAYMENT PLAN prior to applying for financial assistance as this will support the application.
